DESCRIPTION.
Rauha is a Finnish word. It describes the profound stillness that settles over you after sauna heat, the exhale, the moment your jaw unclenches and your mind finally quietens. This is what Rauha Rituals is built around.
A full day spring retreat at Kondalilla Eco Resort, moving through grounding pilates, sauna, magnesium soak, sound bath and gentle yoga and yoga nidra. Held for twelve guests only, so the day stays intimate and unhurried.

For those who want to remain with that rauha feeling a little longer, Rauha Nestled and Rauha Restored packages include curated accommodation at Kondalilla Eco Resort. Everything is arranged by Fiora. Nothing is required of you. If you select one of these packages, accommodation is included in your package total at checkout. Arrive Friday and stay through Saturday for the full two-night experience, or join us just for Saturday night.
Upon booking, you'll receive a short questionnaire so we can understand any dietary requirements, injuries or health conditions, allowing us to hold the day well for you.
THE DAY.
You're welcomed with a warm tea and time to settle into the space, before you have a moment to set your intention for the day.
The day opens with a slow, floor-based pilates flow, led by breath rather than intensity. It's your first experience of the hinterland setting, which sets the tone for everything that follows. Morning tea follows before you move into personal ritual time, sauna, magnesium soak, journalling and time in nature.
After a shower and a moment to re-gather, a light snack settles the body before the group comes together for a sound journey. Crystal singing bowls hold the space, gradual and spacious, inviting you to lie down, soften and fully surrender. A shared lunch follows.
The afternoon moves into gentle, yoga, fluid and unhurried, before yoga nidra brings you into complete, guided rest. The deepest point of stillness in the day. The day closes with a gratitude circle, a shared moment to carry Rauha home with you.
Food throughout the day is organic, seasonal and whole. Chosen to support the pace and intention of the day rather than simply fuel it.

The full day retreat plus one or two nights at Kondalilla Eco Resort in a Treehouse room. Accommodation is arranged intirely by Fiora. Nothing is required of you.
RAUHA RESTORED - From $935
The full day retreat plus one or two nights at Kondalilla Eco Resort in a Hillside Villa, with a private outdoor bathtub set amongst the rainforest.
Bookings are non-refundable, however guests are welcome to find someone to take their spot if they're unable to attend. Please let us know the new guest's details before the retreat.

Frequently asked questions
What's included in the price?
Your full day retreat, all meals, sauna and magnesium soak access, pilates, sound journey and yoga nidra sessions. If you have chosen a Rauha Nestled or Restored package your price also includes accommodation for the selected number of nights.
Do I need to bring a yoga mat or props?
No. All equipment will be provided.
Do I need to be flexible or fit for the pilates or yoga?
No. Both sessions are gentle and floor-based, led by breath rather than intensity, and suited to every level. There's no performance expected of you here.
Is this suitable if I've never done sauna before?
Yes. The day is gentle and self-paced, and you'll be guided through each part of the experience. If you have any health conditions, particularly heart conditions, blood pressure concerns, or you're pregnant, please let us know when you book so we can support you properly.
Is there shower facilities for after the sauna and magnesium soak?
Yes. There is one shower within the retreat space. There will be shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and towels provided. There is a separate space to dry hair and freshen up.
What should I bring?
Swimwear for the sauna and magnesium soak, comfortable clothing for movement and a jumper - just in case. A full packing list will be sent ahead of the day.
Are dietary requirements catered for?
Yes. Upon booking, you'll receive a short questionnaire so we can understand any dietary requirements, injuries or health conditions, allowing us to hold the day well for you.
What if I need to cancel?
Tickets are non-refundable but fully transferable. If you can no longer attend, you're welcome to pass your place to someone else, simply let us know the new guest's details ahead of the day.
Is accommodation included?
Accommodation is not included in the base Rauha retreat. If you would like to extend your experience, Rauha Nestled and Rauha Restored include one or two nights at Kondalilla Eco Resort, curated and arranged entirely by Fiora. Simply select your preferred package at checkout. If you are unable to select a package email hello@fiorawellness.com.au to confirm additional availability.
What's the difference between Rauha Nestled and Rauha Restored packages?
Both packages include the full Rauha Rituals day retreat and one or two nights at Kondalilla Eco Resort. Rauha Nestled is in the Treehouse, nestled among the rainforest. Rauha Restored is in the Hillside Villa and includes a private outdoor bathtub. Both are beautiful options and provide a natural extension of the stillness from the day.
Can I share my accommodation with a friend?
Yes. Both Rauha Nestled and Rauha Restored are available for sole occupancy or twin share. Please note your preference at checkout and we will take care of the rest. Both guests will need to have booked the retreat separately.
Is there parking on site?
Yes, there is plenty of parking on site at the Kondalilla Eco Resort. Retreat guests will have parking allocated in the lower car park, located directly opposite the event room. The upper car park adjacent to the restaurant is reserved for restaurant diners only.
What time does the day start and finish?
Please arrive at 8am for an 8:30am start. The day will close at 5:00pm
