Welcome
Arrive, breathe and be received. A warm cup of tulsi tea and unhurried time to settle into the space before the day begins.
Pilates and Pranayama
We begin in the body. A grounded pilates session followed by pranayama breathwork to arrive fully, settle the nervous system and prepare for the day ahead.
Personal Ritual Time
Time that belongs only to you. Move through sauna, magnesium soak and journalling at your own pace.
Sound Bath Journey
Through soothing therapeutic sound, you’ll be invited to pause, soften and return to a grounded state of calm.
Gentle Yoga and Yoga Nidra
A slow, restorative yoga practice to ease the body into stillness, followed by yoga nidra, the guided state between waking and sleep where the nervous system completes its reset.
Closing Circle
A quiet, intentional close to mark the transition back. You leave with something to carry forward, not just a feeling that fades by morning.

Food with
intention.
Each meal is woven through the day with the same care as every other element. Seasonal, organic and seed oil free. The food is designed to support the body through the arc of the day rather than distract from it. Completely nourishing and without compromise.

Frequently asked questions
What's included in the price?
Your full day retreat, all meals, sauna and magnesium soak access, pilates, sound journey and yoga nidra sessions. If you have chosen a Rauha Nestled or Restored package your price also includes accommodation for the selected number of nights.
Do I need to bring a yoga mat or props?
No. All equipment will be provided.
Do I need to be flexible or fit for the pilates or yoga?
No. Both sessions are gentle and floor-based, led by breath rather than intensity, and suited to every level. There's no performance expected of you here.
Is this suitable if I've never done sauna before?
Yes. The day is gentle and self-paced, and you'll be guided through each part of the experience. If you have any health conditions, particularly heart conditions, blood pressure concerns, or you're pregnant, please let us know when you book so we can support you properly.
Is there shower facilities for after the sauna and magnesium soak?
Yes. There is one shower within the retreat space. There will be shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and towels provided. There is a separate space to dry hair and freshen up.
What should I bring?
Swimwear for the sauna and magnesium soak, comfortable clothing for movement and a jumper - just in case. A full packing list will be sent ahead of the day.
Are dietary requirements catered for?
Yes. Upon booking, you'll receive a short questionnaire so we can understand any dietary requirements, injuries or health conditions, allowing us to hold the day well for you.
What if I need to cancel?
Tickets are non-refundable but fully transferable. If you can no longer attend, you're welcome to pass your place to someone else, simply let us know the new guest's details ahead of the day.
Is accommodation included?
Accommodation is not included in the base Rauha retreat. If you would like to extend your experience, Rauha Nestled and Rauha Restored include one or two nights at Kondalilla Eco Resort, curated and arranged entirely by Fiora. Simply select your preferred package at checkout. If you are unable to select a package email hello@fiorawellness.com.au to confirm additional availability.
What's the difference between Rauha Nestled and Rauha Restored packages?
Both packages include the full Rauha Rituals day retreat and one or two nights at Kondalilla Eco Resort. Rauha Nestled is in the Treehouse, nestled among the rainforest. Rauha Restored is in the Hillside Villa and includes a private outdoor bathtub. Both are beautiful options and provide a natural extension of the stillness from the day.
Can I share my accommodation with a friend?
Yes. Both Rauha Nestled and Rauha Restored are available for sole occupancy or twin share. Please note your preference at checkout and we will take care of the rest. Both guests will need to have booked the retreat separately.
Is there parking on site?
Yes, there is plenty of parking on site at the Kondalilla Eco Resort. Retreat guests will have parking allocated in the lower car park, located directly opposite the event room. The upper car park adjacent to the restaurant is reserved for restaurant diners only.
What time does the day start and finish?
Please arrive at 8am for an 8:30am start. The day will close at 5:00pm
